Hard to find staff no uniform on them. Ordered 3 lattes they sat on the counter 15 mins before brought over was a really weak coffee more like a warm milk. Food on the tea spoon provided for stirring said warm milk. But the cakes were really nice the lemon and blueberry banana caramel and carrot cake deffo reccommend

We visited the restaurant last week. The staff were lovely but the food was not good. It was over cooked. The chips were burnt and rock hard. Its expensive. Partner had a cheese sandwich for £8 , the bread was stale. We used to love coming here years ago but would not revisit , sorry.

Nicely located garden centre, we went in search of a Christmas tree ideas, however we decided to have lunch first. The restaurant is lovely, has a warm and welcoming ambience. It's a regular lunch menu, pricey but well made and tasty. The shop has lots of unique items from clothing, plants, stationary, food items , excellent christmas decorations etc.
We will be visiting again for sure.

A beautiful garden centre with lots of house plants and home interior decoration too. Plenty of room for parking out in the car park. Had lunch here and it was incredible. You’d never expect it from a garden centre but honestly some of the greatest food I’ve ever had. Most definitely recommend taking a Sunday out here, having lunch and a browse.

This garden centre has just been extended and refurbished, and now is a good place to visit for gifts, garden and eating. There is an extensive range of goods including gifts, things for the home, children's toys, food and pet supplies. Outside is a good range of plants and garden items, with some under cover. We didn't go in the restaurant as it was late, but the menu looked inviting and worth another visit in future.

Wow what a well located garden centre. Restaurant is excellent! Staff are super friendly and service is great. The nursery and gift shop is incredible. If you can’t find what you are looking for here then you don’t know what you want. Great ideas , great decor! Will definitely visit again.

I can see what they are aspiring to be, and some elements are spot on. Unfortunately lacking in other areas.

Pros:
Friendly staff
Nice, clean and well presented environment
Although slow service, staff were extremely hard working.

Cons:
As a guest on foot, access to the site has vehicles in priority with an uneven gravel footpath with builder's material strewn. Buggies and wheelchair users will find this difficult.
Wait to get in to a half empty restaurant area, 7 minutes. Wait to be served once seated 13 minutes. We only wanted two drinks and a piece of cake!
£££ 🍰- £5.50 - seems steep for an average piece of average quality cake.

My husband and I used to love coming here, the food used to be outstanding. What's happened? I ordered a can of coke £3!!!! and chicken liver pate. The pate was a disgrace, there was a solid piece in the middle and the rest was runny. I've never seen runny pate before. We have given the restaurant a few chances now to get it right over the last 12 months but it seems beyond them. We won't be returning.
