Visited here for the Christmas winter wonderland with the kids. The set up was brilliant. Kids loved it and it was nice having a wander around at the displays around the store as well.
All in all it was a fun hour or so. Only downside I would say (which is why only 4 stars is given and not 5) is the quality of the gift received for my kids for the price paid. My youngest got a horse and rider set, which fell apart as it came out the package. Most of it is now in the bin unfortunately. Other than that the evening was fine.

Lovely garden centre, lovely little cafe, & the outdoor area for children is lovely - chickens, ducks & goats. Definitely worth the trip out!

A very poor designed cafe process. The amount of business they must lose from people deciding not to order when they have to wait 15 minutes to have their cakes carried over to their table when it is all sat on the counters. Their old system was so much better. It allowed for hot drinks not to cause massive queues. Heard quite a few disgruntled customers having long waits, which just makes you take up a table for longer.

I totally agree with earlier reviews given of the cafe. Very poor now. Was always a good experience but this morning I visited the cafe with my elderly Mother and we waited almost 20 minutes for 2 lattes and 2 mini mince pies to finally arrive. The system is poor. To add to this, the floor of the cafe was dirty with food everywhere and crumbs over chair seats. Noticed other customers brushing off crumbs and tutting too. Doubt very much if the floor had been swept today as it was messy everywhere at such an early time. Tables were being cleared and wiped and the staff very friendly but the general surroundings were messy. Also, 90p for a mini mince pie which arrived stone cold - daylight robbery. We visited the toilets too which looked very uncared for. Very disappointing as Stewarts has aways been so good.

Totally disgusted and disappointed. About 1.25hr visit to include 2 children seeing Santa. £101.65!
