Style Roses

We ordered two standard roses earlier this month. The lady who helped us make our decision took time to explain about the roses, had lots of expertise and was very polite. We are just in the process of ordering another two. On arrival, the roses were of an exceptional quality. Highly delighted in every way. Thank you.

Terrible experience

Roses ordered died. Claimed one was due to weather. Refused a refund! Instead, provided a voucher that expired before my family could use it. We checked multiple times for replacements. The company has since claimed that the items were restocked and online. If true why not save your customers the headache and additional shipping expenses and just send the replacements out if you know when they will be restocked.

Recently, when we contacted the company about the order not being resolved the owner did not provide any solution (see reply below not offering any solution).

We then followed up again following this email to request some form of solution if a refund is not possible (like it is with most reputable companies). The owner has not replied. Instead of replying to us to resolve the matter the owner just posts a reply to our comments on Trustpilot.

Here’s the reply from the owner/company:

“The voucher was offered in good faith for roses that died, one of which was weather-related and is not covered by a free replacement guarantee, however, we covered this with a voucher. Both of the roses which you originally ordered have been for sale again over the season and therefore the appropriate replacement could have been found with the exact replacement. We will not credit any payment directly into a bank account.”

I am a repeated customer of Style Roses and what blooming marvellous roses they have supplied. Absolutely delighted with all my roses I got from them. Customer service is excellent and also I can choose my delivery date. What more can I ask for!

received 3 potted roses and two of them had some disease. died. The seller The fragrant rose company, at this address, is refusing to send a refund. I sent them all photos and proof and they have been ignoring me. Frustrating.

First time I have bought any roses from Style Roses and have to say they really did not disappoint in any aspect. Delivery was super fast and packaging sturdy/well wrapped..price was good value and the bush was in tip top condition. My Abracadabra rose has flourished and has produced the beautiful vibrant dark reds and yellows, to the exact colour in stock photos. Highly recommend this company to all. I would definitely use them again, thank you so much. One very happy customer :)

Telephoned my order through this morning and collected at lunch. Absolutely excellent service and the rose Claire Austin was in the best condition I've seen by far. We have been to numerous garden centres and was glad I held out a few weeks for this one at style roses. I would highly recommend and would not hesitate to buy from here in the future.

Hi I was giving your details from a friend and told your roses are amazing.
So I ordered three different rose plants.
Packages had no damage.
Thought that great and proceeded to open the first two that was delivered. Love the plants but both pots were broken.
The third rose came as I bought a birthday rose plant for a friends birthday and that was so disgusting. I could of bought a rose plant from Asda for £2.99 and would also have a plant pot that was not broken.
Real negative communication from the woman that I spoke with today.
