Sam was amazing! He responded very quickly to our emergency call even though he was fully booked. He fixed all three blocked toilets of our apartment. The price remained exactly as agreed from the beginning, event though it proved to be more work for him than expected. Highly recommended.

Wow! 5* Service! Sam is Honest and Reliable. Plumbers ask for £85+ VAT just to turn up for the diagnostics and to give quotation. Sam came the same day I phoned him, did the job in under an hour and with full efficiency. I saved his number on my phone for all future Boiler & Central Heating jobs as well as plumbing. Our boiler broke and Sam came round the very same day, after he'd finished his existing jobs and was very polite, knowledgable and thorough. Without even asking, he managed to do a really quick fix so that we have hot water over the bank holiday weekend before we can get a new boiler fitted. Really lovely man that has made our weekend.

If I could give 6 stars I would have. Sam is very reliable , on time and professional. He explained everything to me so I would have a clear image what is going to happen , he left my flat clean and spot on.

Sam is like a well-kept secret: shhhh! He does a very good job, he works quickly and carefully, he turns up when he says he will (sometimes with a text reminder). And he charges a very fair price! I am really pleased with his work on the two occasions he has come: (1) replacing a gas hob and (2) replacing faulty radiator valves. Excellent!

Sam was very professional and knowledge. Fixed my boiler and answered all my questions. Fixed my tap on the same visit as well even though I forgot to book this in.

I found Sam on google and contacted him via phone & texts message. I sent Sam some images of my kitchen pipes and he was able to identify the problem. Then he agreed to come by the next day with any part needed. On the next day, Sam texted me when he will be here ( to manage my expectations on timing). When he arrived, he was able to fix the pipe within half an hour and then cleaned after himself and put back the panels. It has been a great experience 👍🏻 and I was positively surprised with the outcome that Sam can fix the problem easily. He indeed knows his stuff. Sam is also a honest person who didn’t change me overprice. I have asked Sam to do another job in my house… to be continued
