Mark has serviced our old boiler for 10 years and has done a marvellous job of keeping it going. We finally had it replaced by Mark recently, along with some new radiators. He gave us great advice about what to have and it was all fitted on time with no mess. Whenever I have had an emergency Mark has come out the same day and I would highly recommend him.

I have to say Mark surpassed himself this weekend. On Sunday after storm Dennis we had a power cut. When the power returned the boiler would not relight. I texted Mark to see if he could help. He phoned but was unable to help over the phone. 15 minutes later he turned up at the house and got the boiler going again and soon we had hot water and heat. Again many thanks Mark, top class service as always.

Terrible experience with Mark. Fitted a hot water tank which later that day was found to be leaking and Mark refused to come back without being paid further funds even though I had paid the original quote in full. Sadly Intelligent Heat & Power didn't live up to its name.

Mark arrived on time, diagnosed the problem very quickly and solved it perfectly. The price was exactly as quoted and Mark was polite, professional and hugely knowledgable. Very highly recommended.

Very happy with the boiler service from Mark, who also provided some helpful general advice regarding boiler replacement and insulation. Was impressed that he made contact a week later to check whether service had resolved an issue with the boiler tripping out (which it had). Would recommend.
