I had the chaps out to look at my NuHeat system that had been in tenure for about 15 years. Both Ian & titch were spot on and made time to actually explain the system to me after inheriting it from a previous owner. They've did a great job and the whole system is purring, i wouldn't hesitate in recommending them to anyone!

Ian from JCI Heating was called because I had water leaking in my kitchen . He was there in no time and found the fault which was a faulty ball valve behind my kitchen sink. It must have been leaking for ages!! Thank you Ian for your professionalism , what a nice man.

Ian did work on my heating but unfortunately got the hot water thermostat mixt up.
After several phone calls and promise to return to put it Wright he now won't answer the phone and I have to pay a new engineer to sort it out.
Not good very unprofessional

I have used jci heating over the past 15 years on 2 self build houses and renovating houses. would highly recommend Ian has he really knows his stuff and has always done a really good job.

Brilliant service - fitted a new boiler Christmas week and installed a downstairs toilet on Christmas Eve! Much appreciated-genuinely nice bloke too. Have since had an en suite shower room completely remodels by Ian too, perfect as ever. Would highly recommended.

Ian has next level knowledge of underfloor heating systems. Highly recommended.
