DO NOT USE AT ALL COSTS. Avoid this petrol station like the plague. Absolutely Disgusting attitudes by Nigel, Patrick & Assistant Manger Jason. Rude and ill mannered is an understatement. Patrick even said he had to go for a walk to calm down when I went in to pay and ask them what the concern was and why do they need to broadcast over speakers directing towards my 9yr old daughter. I don't what he Would be done if he hadn't left the till area, maybe attack me or my wife judging by his whole body language and attitude. He then accused us both of swearing by quoting he didn't need to be spoken to like that!!, even when a witness (independent) didn't hear us say anything except us questioning their manners.Their all demeanour needs to be reviewed as a matter of urgency. They need both customer and ethics training as a priority. They were disgusting. The company website quotes that "Our vision is simple. We have a passion for quality. We have a passion for customer service and we have a passion for delivering premium retail convenience to all our customers". This is the biggest load of codswallop i have ever heard. If this is customer service then i dont know what we are coming to. They were downright ignorant and lied about rules that are not even displayed anywhere. They said No children are allowed on the forecourt. Head office rules they say. I asked where the signs were to that show this. None are displayed anywhere. My 9 year old, then opened the passenger door, to pass my wife her purse. Then over the loudspeaker by Nigel. "Close that door. They're not allowed to be open". My daughter got out only to pass the purse. Then again over the speaker. Nigel once again "Get the child back in the car, they're not allowed to be out of the vehicles". As you can imagine how frightening this is to a child, hearing her being addressed over a loud speaker to remove herself from the garage forecourt. This is one garage I or anyone I can convince not to ever use. I wish I could give zero stars.

I visited Euro Garages Mill Farm in Wesham recently and it was a most enjoyable experience.
First of all access and exit from the petrol station is good.
There are plenty of petrol pumps to choose from so you do not have to wait long for a petrol pump.
The petrol pumps are modern pumps and dispense fuel quickly and efficiently.
There is also a shop attached to the petrol station which is convenient if you need any provisions.
The petrol station also has customer toilets as well.
There is a Burger King, KFC and a Starbucks on the same site as the petrol station which is handy if you are hungry.
I would recommend a visit to the Euro Garages Mill Farm petrol station in Wesham.

Air and water machine use to be free at this B.P Garage but now there is a charge. Good selection of products in the garage shop, little bit dearer on the petrol but expected as it's close to the M55 Motorway.

Toilets were dirty, roll not been changed, feet stuck to floor.
Male staff, petrol & Greg's were miserable and bad mannered. Tea and coffee were good.

Heather and Shane was amazing so nice and friendly they helped me out with my vape and gave us free cinnabon, everyone must visit xx

Popped into millfarm euro garages for the first time today for some fuel and the place was outstanding, so clean and tidy with everyone looking so happy.I was served by a lad named Asad he helped me out so much when my BP card wouldn’t work. His customer service when serving and dealing with my needs was outstanding and he’s a credit to the company. I left the station smiling and happy I couldn’t recommend a better gas station in town. I will visit here every single time from now on thanks to the excellent members of staff who work in this station. :)

Went here for my Covid vaccination and was amazed at how attractive it is inside. First time I've been in a football stadium but look forward to seeing fully round here once we can attend football matches again. It was immaculate inside and out.

This place is always busy and the service is very covid safe there is a petrol station, Spar SHOP, Greggs, drive through Starbucks . A Drive through Burger King and a Drive through K.F.C (MY favourite) there is a big Aldi also so plenty of shopping to be done 👍👍
