I can honestly say, at 2am on a Friday morning, when it is bitterly cold outside and only the night pay window is open, how poor the service was from this petrol station. The young server needs to be taught some manners. 4 customers (including myself) she had stood outside waiting to be served whilst she casually filled up the coffee machine.! One man was shivering, 15 minutes he had been stood there waiting to be served.. this young girl needs to be reviewed or made to be worked in the day because the service was poor and her attitude was awful towards myself and the other customers stood waiting in the cold. No manner what so ever. I will be making a formal complaint over this and I will be heard.! It's not on.. I will not be using this petrol station for any further custom in the future. Appalling! Disgusting! Staff manners should be better in a customer friendly environment like this.

Went in to fill my car with diesel.

There was a problem with the pump and it didnt shutt off and continued to pump around 5 litres after my car was full, it just poured all over my car, my self and the floor.

After I'd cleaned my car and put sand down I went to speak to the staff to make a complaint and dispute the amount of fuel I should pay for as the pump would not turn off and had fueled more than my cars maximum capacity which wasn't empty.

The staff member, Sam, immediately became aggressive towards me. When I said I shouldn't lhave to pay for a fault with the pump I was told the police would be called if I didnt pay immediately. Told me there was no problem with the pump and the my car is supposed to shut off the fuel delivery so my car must be faulty.

I asked for the store number to be told there wasn't one and then when I asked for the phone number for head office, which I'd asked 3 times I was simply ignored and Sam just messed about with things as an excuse to avoid dealing with the situation leaving a trainee to try to deal with it.

I eventually paid for all the fuel as I was told they can't split the payments anyway which I know they can as I've done it before at this same store.

I've always used Shell fuels but will no longer use this branch.

Not as long as staff of this manner are working there.

I use them frequently, it's my closest place for fuel. Nicest staff ever, the chap I see on mornings I fill up on my way to work is always pleasant and kind despite having just done a full night shift. They all try to go out of their way to be nice here.

Where is diesel ???? Manager do not keep diesel running on this station since few weeks, he has to be changed

I wasn't too impressed with Tracey yesterday here. I was parked behind a lorry so walked to the shop let her know I was here. Only for her to start walking towards me shouting and swearing at me, I told her to forget about the fuel, and she stuck her middle finger up at me in the middle of the court in front of all of the other customers.

I don't think this is the best way to treat your customers, and I certainly wouldn't recommend the place to anyone.

Left my wallet and credit cards in the shop. Then travelled 250 miles home. The staff tried to track me down to let me know. However, I used a tracking device in my wallet to find out where I had left it. I called the shop and they were brilliant. They let me know they had tried to find me via Facebook and promised to put my wallett to one side. Brilliant service with staff willing to go the extra mile. A big thank you.

Probably the rudest staff i have ever encountered insisted on a cash payment and refused to supply a vat receipt 2 weeks later no receipt and manager still refuses to supply one seems to be too much trouble and now slams the phone down when i call i will report to shell and HMRC this is illegal.

After 5 phone calls and 3 e mails you are still asking for further details and still no VAT invoice it gets more shocking by the day
