The food was expensive too.
This woman was wearing a heavy thick white make-up and quiet clearly she was very careful about not damaging her finger-nails when typing on the till screen. That said, since I was the first in the queue, she called out to me to come forward. I stood there for almost thirty seconds whilst she endlessly kept taping on the screen of the till. After she was done (assuming she was logging into the system), she asked me which pump I was stationed at and I told her I am at pump number three, and she said to me "I can't hear you" and I repeated myself and told her it was number three and I am certain she heard me the first time and then she said to me "£5.00" and yes I put in "£5.00". She then said in a loud voice "no you didn't its "£5.28" and its number 3. At this time her colleague next to the window said to her the customer in front of her is paying "£5.28". Had it not been for her colleague's informing her that I was stationed at pump number three (3), she was ready for a nonsensical argument. No apology to say sorry my mistake, I had my hand out to receive my receipt and she avoided my hand reaching out to collect the receipt and she put the receipt on the shelf where I picked up the receipt to my annoyance of this woman's rudeness.
I left this station with my blood boiling as quiet clearly I was dealing with a racist who is only content when dealing with people who look like her but without the make-up. When I got back to my vehicle, I double-checked the pump to make sure I was not in the wrong and the pump clearly stated £5.00. The time on the receipt says 09.26 am , date 08/02/2019, POS 1, CNo 7313, Shift 614. The next time I come to the filling station, I will sure avoid this racist woman like the plague.
As a hgv driver and been a small service station there is not a lot of room for hgvs but has a hgv pump
But this older lady didn't want us there so decided to start shouting at us through the window....
As we entered the shop continued to shouting telling us that there is a truck stop down the road... and the hgv was blocking up the pumps ....
It wasn't as there are 4 lanes of pumps
all we wanted was a drink and a snack
as my mate went to move the hgv forward just to keep the peace I got drinks and snacks ...
Went to pay she said she was going to complain to my boss and she wouldn't server me .....
This all happened at 07:00 am and there was know one else in the shop or at the pumps ...
Avoid this place at all times
