Absolutely fantastic staff the young man named Rob i think is fantastic great laugh and always makes you smile even if youve had a bad day in my opinion its worth the extra few pence for customer service as good as that !!!!

BAD SERVICE...with disfinctional old pumps.
Nearly every time I’ve used this place I’ve put the pump back on the holder and the pump has rolled over by a few pence.

No big deal but when I questioned it the staff had attitude and where dismissive said that they can’t do anything about it and it’s company policy. Poor attitude and poor customer service.

I will never use this place again out of principle.

Nothing wrong with it, it's a standard petrol station. Clean and tidy shop and well stocked.

Not what you'd expect from a Shell station. It looks like a station from the 90s. I was even a bit worried that fuel from such old looking pumps would cause problems for my car as I was preparing to drive back to London. The toilet is located outside and is dirty and there isn't even a door lock! But at least there was a toilet which I was grateful for. I was surprised they even accepted contactless payments and have a scanner for scanner my Go+ barcode from my screen!

One of Shells less glamorous sites, small dark and dingy comes to mind. The forecourt always seems to look sorry for itself and theres not enough room to swing a cat in the cupboard sized shop!

The other Shell site in town is better but not by that much !

It's a petrol station, 8 pumps, not massive and it can get busy, and a small shop with over zealous staff.

Good local filling station nice friendly staff and a good choice of essential shopping items. Oh and good petrol or diesel if you need it

This is the only shell petrol station that never add points to your loyalty card, now 12 missed credits finally had enough tired of lip service. Today is the last visit going back to shell at Sainsbury's maybe a bit more expensive but hey it's principle now.
