Sainsbury's Petrol Station

Staff are always friendly and helpful, store is massive with everything you'd expect to find in a modern supermarket now.

Just off the A12, so good for popping in on way home from work!

There are 2 things I think could do with improving: The mezzanine car park is still usable but is in a poorly state. Lastly the fact you can't get phone signal and the wifi is very weak so if you want to contact someone to ask something you have to leave your trolley and walk out of the store to do it.

An all-in-one superstore offering shoppers a wide variety of services and products. As well as an extensive range of groceries, one can find electrical goods, home wares, clothes and shoes, children's toys and a travel money counter in store. There is also a restaurant with toilets on the first floor, plus a petrol station at the front of the location.

The store has a good range gluten free and other free from products. Unfortunately the cafe is not so gluten free friendly; there are limited options. The supermarket also stocks some specialist world food produce that is hard to find.

Good quality goods, not always the cheapest compared to other supermarkets though. Staff friendly. The Cafe also sells good quality coffee for cheaper than your standard 'high street' coffee shops

An amazing petrol station, some of the cheapest petrol and diesel in the local area, good selection of snacks for long journeys in the checkout area. Free air and water for cars. The people working on the tills are quite friendly from time to time aswell.

Decided to go for lunch before shopping to save time. It actually took me longer! Firstly while waiting to order the poor chap on checkout had a list of about a dozen things that wasn’t available and had to repeatedly tell customers that what they wanted they couldn’t have. I only chose a panini and a latte. The latte I took with me to the table but had to wait 30 minutes for the panini to arrive! Normally it would arrive dressed with a salad but mine turned up literally thrown on a plate with nothing else! It’s a shame as the staff were very pleasant but had a lot to put up with!

Terrible customer service. Staff sitting behind counter on their phones looking bored. They take your money without a thank you. Clearly more training needed Sainsburys.

Went to this petrol station today filled up and went to pay. Greeted by a rude and obnoxious woman behind the tills. I asked to pay some cash and some card and this women rolled her eyes at me and said "if you must!" I understand that there are covid problems right now but to be spoken to so disrespectfully by a women who couldn't even figure out how to wear a mask correctly is unreal and extremely rude. ( mask was over mouth not nose). Will go elsewhere in future!
