Very friendly and polite staff. Petrol pumps, tyre air pump and jet wash always seem to be in good working order. A good costa machine that looks like it's regularly cleaned and rarely seems faulty. Plus it's a big shop area so lots of food and drinks available.

The worst car wash I've ever had!! I wash and wax my car myself, but today I thought ill have it done for me. I saw this morning that there was some polish I didn't rub off properly so thought I'd leave it there and see how good they are. Well I tell that all the marks were left there got back and found scratches on my car windows were still had smears where they never dried it properly. A total disgrace, will go back to clea ing my car myself, least that way I know it will be washed properly and no scratches. Gonna have to T-cut to get scratches out. A total disgrace and a waste of money!!

So on Thursday afternoon happened to be passing through Aldershot and noticed this shell petrol station. What grabbed my attention was the price of the diesel at only 179! A bargain. Made my purchase and then inside that store had the basic stuff you would expect from a shell nothing special but sweets snacks and the usual. There is also a greggs and a car wash situated next to this shell. The staff seemed friendly enough and the store itself was clean. The only disappointing thing was that the toilet was closed but apart from that everything was great and would recommend coming here !

Wanted to buy some food, and wanted to wash my hand.. but the staff said the toilet/ basin is not in use.

Recently refurbished and finally awarding shell go points (now a visit stamp). Easy pay by the pump option that saves you from going into the store. Good feature to have in these Covid days. The accompanying mini mart is well stocked and you will be able to get most of your essentials from here.

This is my go-to filling station since I live just around the corner from it. Always friendly staff and the owner always has time for a chat. If this wasn't a franchise, it would likely be the last of the local "old school" retail establishments where the owner knows everyone in the community. The shop always has a good selection of drinks and snacks (especially the American range), even if they are a little overpriced. I haven't tried anything from Greggs yet, but the 24hr Off Licence facility has proved useful in the past! My only criticism is that the glove dispensers at the fuel pumps are often empty, so I have to keep a stash in the glove box. Other than that, highly recommended and the best of the smaller service stations in this town.
