Really unhappy with this. Turned up to fill tyre with air - pump not working, so walked in asked for pound back. Lady refused despite saying that the last customer had had exactly the same problem!! I suggested she should put a sign on it saying broken but she just shrugged and I QUOTE "Not my problem". So there you go ....

Very handy for buying petrol and biscuits...

Guy at till blamed us for not using air machine correctly and said we did it wrong. Then said we pressed a button which removes air from tyre. Then said the machine works fine. Then after standing our ground and demonstrating the fault of the machine and the machine making our tyre flat, he finally said the machine was broken. After knowing this all along, he decided to put up a ‘not working’ sign. And walked off. Ridiculous for blaming us initially and poor attitude from bossman. I do hope his mood improves as his tenure of the til continues.

Disgraceful customer service from this team regarding picking up Collect+ parcels. They're rude, ignorant and talk down to you! They give preference to paying customers, even though we queue as normal for your turn to be at the counter. I've never met such a rude team. Also there's no diversity with the staff employed! This makes it difficult as a few workers have language problems. The training is inadequate. You wonder why people get very angry and return to cause trouble. It's the attitude and they will shout and argue at customers. Next time, I will audio the visit for evidence and share on social media- how awful this store is.

Staff are always on the phone and they only pay attention for the customers which they pay for fuel
The indian lady wont listen to a thing you are saying
They wont listen to what you need , they are unable to fix any issues or they dont want to, they only know to get the money from you and put it into the cash drawer.
Very very unhelpful all the staff there , everytime i had issues with them , tumbs down .

Fuel pumps faulty spitting fuel back. I went in to complain and was ordered to the next pump, where the problem continued. I complained again and was told to pay and leave. I refused to pay for wasted petrol and demanded the police be called. The rude server behind the counter lied to the police and said I attacked him. The police found no problem with my car and told him to reduce the bill. I wouldn’t use this fraudulent station even again. He also told the officers I do it at least 3 times a week. I live nowhere near this place. The most dishonest place I’ve ever been!

The man who worked in the kiosk shouted at my daughter hysterically for using her mobile phone to call her dad asking how to fill up the car as it's her first time. Apparently the man believes in some bizarre myth that mobile phones can cause explosion due to satellite connection. Completely ridiculous.

Dreadful customer service, wouldn’t provide cash for jet wash without a purchase & cash machine charges £1.99 for a withdrawal. Laughable attitude towards encouraging customers…!!!
