Tesco Petrol Station

One of the cheapest places to get fuel in Chelmsford.
The pumps are easy to use especially if you want to do pay at pump. Bonus is that I can get clubcard points every time I fill up.
The station is open most days and nights. It gets very busy in the day over the weekend, so I would avoid going then if possible.

Used it for years. Self payment easy to understand an never had the Engine Management Light come on. Unlike other supermarket fuel stations have done.

Never got dissapointed on fuel prices always cheap... The staff is very polite and helping. I filled my vehicle and when tried to pay found I don't have my paying card with me tell the staff after getting my details they offered me to pay any Tesco fueling station in next 7 days. I paid this amount in another Tesco. They handle it professionally.

This petrol station is incredible. It sells all sorts of petrol and has loads and loads of it and it comes out of a pipe stuck on a metal box. One day, when l buy a car, l will definitely use it for buying petrol. Can't wait!

Went into Tesco moulsham st today. Usually staff are very helpful. But a small short man reducing items. Decided to put the reduced items I had chosen up instead of down. Theses were garlic cheese breads. He asked me if there were any left, so I told him one pack. He was reffering to the garlic bread I had chosen! I personally think he wanted them himself. Which was why he put the prices up instead of down! So do check prices for the little short man, if his his reducing them for you. As he may want them for himself! 🙄😂

Pumps do not exept club card, simply don't work Sometimes no receipt. 1 of the pumps have very close brick work, when opening doors bang in to. I did few times and other people swearing is well. Need some kind rubber protection on it.
Tesco such a big shopping company and can't sort small and simple issues. DISAPPOINTMENT. 😠

Sells petrol, diesel and has a small shop with things you probably don't need but will buy anyway.
It is a few pence cheaper per litre than the neighbouring Esso, but then there is the ongoing debate about supermarket fuel.

Stopped by here today with jerrycan as car at home refused to start or ran rough on old fuel, had been a long time since I used the pumps but the lady & gentleman were very polite & helped me use it, last thing I wanted was to spill fuel everywhere or put my card in every reader. Very professional staff & happy to fill our cars here
