Staff the shift in this moment is the person you see most of the time and NEVER even intends to give VAT receipt even when you ask for it before paying. Should give more training on customer service you can't just get rid of the customer with rushing them saying "cheers" 🙈

Good price in fuel but using the Esso App wasnt a great experience. Using the Esso App I selected the location and pump to use which was dutifully authorised by pre charging my card £100. Upon finishing fuelling £79.68 I got back in the car to discover the Esso App telling me something hadn't worked and If I wanted I could select a pump and start fuelling. So given that it didn't seem to register that I had already filled the car I went inside to pay. The cashier had no idea what was going on other than saying the fuel had already been paid at that pump. So I assume the so did work and walk outside to receive an email for fuelling £100. I went back inside to obtain a receipt or proof that Id only filled £79.68 not £100. The cashier couldn't help and told me he had no record of any transaction and couldn't give me a receipt of any kind or any proof that I hadn't filled £100. I was told to contact Esso. Not a great experience. I won't be using the app again in a hurry.

I went into the store last Saturday, and I was advised the printer was down so to come back another day.
I went back in there today, and the guy behind the counter was incredibly rude and refused to take my parcel because "it is too big the driver won't take it" - the parcel is medium/large, light enough to carry easily and only contains four pairs of shoes. Why offer collect plus services if you refuse to take parcels.

Great service, good stock of vape juice (I travel out of my way to visit this one, for this main reason!) Toilet facilities for these summer months, driving away from home, while keeping fluids well topped-up. Staff, always friendly & helpful 👍.

The cheapest petrol for miles around. Well done ESSO, but you need to align pricing at your other local stations which are much more expensive!

Good selection of snacks etc but prices can be high but reasonable prices for fuel

We were on our way to the M4 and petrol was the order of the minute. We filled up with as much as the car would take to make the tank full. The shop was well stocked and sold loads of snacks and more e g. Vape stuff. Thank you for a good experience on this visit.
