Asda Leamington Rugby Road Petrol Filling Station

Tina could not have been more accommodating. The car was filled with petrol when it was a diesel car and she gave the correct advice and support. It took several hours for a Fuel Doctor to attend the garage and it was just before closing time but Tina stayed open just for us to fill the car up with diesel.
It is so lovely to have such good customer service and staff who go that extra mile to help when things go wrong.

Very disappointed with service of manager Vikki who refused to give surname,cuz I want to file official complaint against her.Petrol station it self and other employees are very friendly and helpful.Unfortunately,I I’m even scared to find out how she treats her staff,if she allows her self to shout and put down customer in front of other customers,very dissatisfied with managers Vikki customer service skills .Good luck,hope it will change soon!
