Have a excellent new car laser wash now

Well the only reason i ended up here was because my mate and i were en route to new forest wildlife park only we broke down 🙄😏 so here we are 2 adults 3 children stranded waiting on breakdown (3hrs) later.
So informed the garage people we'd broke down needed postcode kids needed the toilet have to say there was an elderly man working in there he was great with the kids helped us anyway he could it is a very small service station 🚉 😉 in 1 way out the other and just as expensive as other services hot day 🥵 kids wanted tango ice blast upon asking how much for regular was £4.70 😳😲☹ good grief its ice and flavouring nope 🤭🤦‍♀️not paying that so really my experience wasn't bad thankful breakdown turned up it was ice cream all the way home for the kids small compact perfect to just fill up with petrol and then go although right next door was a harvester 🤔.

Stopped in here today to fill up on LPG.

At 97.9p a litre it is the most expensive I’ve paid for LPG so far during my 5 months of travelling. This is likely due to the fact that they are the only garage in the area to offer LPG.

To make matters worse the cashier was properly unfriendly. I greeted him. Nothing. I wished him a good weekend as I left. Nadda.

There was a time that people in these positions required some sort of personality 🤷‍♂️

Nice petrol station and the shop is well stocked. If you are after unleaded beware the far side pump ie. nearest the road only gives premium unleaded petrol which is the expensive brand. Its almost impossible to change pumps to get cheaper unleaded.
Access to the forecourt and rejoining the busy A35 is a real gamble. It's such a busy road and most drivers are doing 60 + mph . Visibility joining the A35 isn't great either so take your time and rejoin the road accelerating hard !!
The air/water machine is now pay by card which is great. The jet wash is fantastic but use the side nearest the Cat and fiddle as the left hand side has poor drainage... you really need welly boots to wash the car.

Very helpful and friendly staff.plenty of gloves for use when filling the tank. They even came out to fix the coffee machine when it stopped working.(specialised use of an Irish screwdriver other screwdrivers are available).

Wonderful member of staff served me on bank holiday Sunday evening. My child had a meltdown and she helped us get safely back on the road and made me a coffee for the 2hour journey...thank you 😇

If you want your fuel with a side of attitude and sarcasm then come on down. Older woman and older man who work there have to be some of the rudest, nastiest people I have ever been served by.... anywhere.
