Went into kiosk to alert the cashier that the air pump was not working adequately. Was made to feel like an idiot in front of a long queue of people. On the positive side she gave me 50p to try again. Still not working. Went back inside. Sujected to another demeaning monologue & 50p back.
I'm am sorry for bothering you...just wanted to put air in the tyres.

Absolutely disgusting behaviour of cashier, She was very racist, saying that uk had brexit because of foreigners! Unacceptable! So rude. O hope it will be some consequence for her, someone like this women shouldn't work on customer service

The young lady cashier was very rude, no welcoming at all and she was annoyed when I asked where to tap the contactless card. I said: Thanks, have a nice day. No reply at all!

Yet again wacked the prices up, taking advantage of the situation. Done the same during the fuel shortage, they are one of , if not the dearest in Maidstone, totally ripped people off when they were at there most vulnerable, prices went back down when other stations got fuel. Really should be boycotted for profiteering 16p a ltr more than tescos opposite and 24p a ltr more than Morries. Will no doubt blame it on rent, rates and buying at a higher price but we are not silly. Will never use this place ever again or anything associated with Shell.

Diesel £179.9 per litre £163.9 across the road daylight robbery 😔

Nothing fancy here compared to Tesco over the road, but you generally won’t have wait to get to a pump or pay. The car wash is easy to get to, you can do air and water although it’s not free. Spacious forecourt but no pay at pump. Generally not much difference in price to the neighbouring fuel but much easier. The lady on the till during the daytime is generally quite friendly and helpful.

On entering the shop
We greated Jenny the cashier with good morning
We then politely asked if there was a shortage of hot food by the door as it normally is
And were replied with utter ignorance and rudeness
Raising her voice (clearly in a fowel mood) stating that she doesnt have the authority in ordering the inventory and the produce
To which we replied sorry to ask madam
She responded with agression saying i am not a madam
How does one respond to that sort of behaviour ?

All we wanted was to enquire to the hot food
Maybe its a situation where we should have come Earlier ?

So rude, so pointless

We wish her day imporves
