The staff are very friendly and ask how you are. The Waitrose shop is great and stocked with all the essentials. I did have trouble finding an item which was advertised in a meal deal but wasn’t on the shelf. The staff stocking the shelves were unable to help me, and in fact I seemed to know more then they did! In the end they couldn’t work out which item was on sale so just discounted another one that I had picked up. I appreciated them doing that, but it did come across like they were too lazy to actually find the right item for me.

An absolutely disgusting service from the manager Ganesh and a young male wearing glasses serving...

My partners card did not work and the staff verbally attacked and belittled her bringing her to tears on the shop!!!

They acted like it was the first time this had ever happened in the history of per trial stations.

And went I went to challenge about their behaviour I too was verbally attacked by the staff wit the young cashier trying he’s hardest to escalate the situation!

Terrible store!!!!!

AVOID

Went to pay, item I was trying to buy wasn't registered on the system so I had to tell the cashier the price.

Ordered a hot dog and the guy hands me a plain sausage in a bun, no ketchup no mustard no nothing. I ask him to put some in and he starts looking for the ketchup bottle, stairs straight at it, and then has to get his manager to tell him what a ketchup bottle looks like. Still no mustard. All wwhilethere's a heated argument going on next to me because the other cashier charged someone for the wrong amount of petrol.

Just go to BP next door.
Much better service and much nicer staff.

If the EV chargers worked for more than 1 day a week, and the management put an out of order sign on it when it's not working I'd rate 5 stars.

Too many wasted trips to this station just to find the ev charger doesn't work.

Night staff fanastic great cook food but old boy with white hair in the morning is very very rude doesn't like people paying with cash he gives the place a bad name compared to the other staff there
