Bp

Stopped after long journey to use the bathroom. However was told that we cant use toilet as its broken. I would have believed the lady but we stopped in the previous BP petrol station to use bathroom and was told the same thing. When I mentioned to the lady that did all BPs toilets broke ar the same time she had nothing to answer.

Great staff.

Rude staff member, saying I can’t use the points on my card to pay towards my fuel. “We don’t give £5 off when you sign up for the app” even though they have a massive sign saying they do.

I understood why this service have low rating, came with empty tyre and ask to exchange £10, to use a air machine, refused and with big irony told me he needs to open till and for that I need to buy something, so I let the next customer to buy and that he could open a till. Guess what, looks like you have to buy anything to get changed, so proud do not let me to buy anything, left in to other station, shocking and that look at you, can't believe that BP employe people like this.

Good little garage. A shop with all the usual stuff. Nearby is also a Greggs, McDonald's, subway, and a travelodge. My only criticism would be that accessing the water and air is a little tricky, as they're tucked away on a corner, and you can get boxed in.
Also has a cash machine.

Couldn’t use the toilet and ask one of the employees he couldn’t bother to help me. End up going to Shell garage/ M&S. I rather spend my money to them.

Second BP Services along the A46 that has no or closed toilet facilities. Not really the best.
