ESSO EG CHERWELL VALLEY

This was a good stop off point for heading down the M40. After getting a coffee from Costa we also needed to top up our fuel for the way home. Lots of food and snack options.

I was also pleased to see the Ice Blast machine by which I was very tempted, but unfortunately due to getting the coffee I couldn't try. Maybe next time. Staff were helpful and friendly and didn't have to queue for very long.

I would recommend this petrol station if travelling on the M40.

The service station was well looked after. The reason for the 3 stars is that the price was at least 30 pence a litre more expensive than other garages.

Typical service area. Expensive. Hgv pumps are not the best and pumps slow.

Outrages shop prices. The hotdogs 1.50 dearer than the same sold at Warwick. Don't even go near the fuel pumps. This company Don't even try to be competitive

Can't use any toilet when you need because cleaning and they don't know how long will be take. Even disabled not avaiable. Much more easy pee behind the building.

Used as was travelling from Poole to Peterborough and vice versa, good choice of snacks and drinks but as you would expect fuel prices somewhat high.

One of those times you're so glad to see a gaz station 🚉 ☺

Needed to buy screen wash. Man behind counter said he could only sell as a "private sale". Went to his van and sold me two bottles for £10 in cash! I needed to buy it as I was out, but very dishonest. Man was late middle aged with grey hair.
