Shell

On the 27th of april, I experienced possibly the most apauling customer service. The Shell Garage is a 24 hour buisness and is the only shop open after I finish a late shift at work. However on numerous occaisions I have gone there after work and a particular man refuses to serve me and claims that the garage is shut, as soon as i pulled up he put up a sign and repeatedly told me that they were shut. Further more i questioned him why he was telling me that it was shut when it clearly states that it is 24 hour, after this he started to get agressive/abusive (punching the screen and hollering) i was taken a back and asked what he was doing. He then said he would call the police and started to look at my registstration so i left the premises and went else where. After this series of events i will refuse to come here after a late shift after having several bad encounters with this particular member of staff.

Open all the time, massive selection of items in such a small space and really friendly staff!

Edit: removed 2 stars as their big Jamie Oliver deli range has 1 vegetarian option (which is a dirty cheese sandwich) and no plant based option....for brands like Shell and Jamie Oliver in 2019 that is very poor.

One of the most convent locations in Tonbridge. A small selection of basic food and drink. But why are their petrol prices the most expensive for a least 20miles.
The staff a very friendly and helpful.
Very low star rating because of their fuel price.

A staff member does not wear his mask properly. I walk past each day and he is wearing it under his chin every single day. It's outrageous he could be infecting 100s of people every day in this unventilated space. DO NOT GO IF YOU VALUE YOUR LIFE.

Called in on Saturday en route home to Oxfordshire. Wouldn't normally bother reviewing but an excellent, brand new, clean station with very friendly staff. A useful Waitrose on-site too.

So expensive compared to the normal Waitrose.
Post response. Are you seriously suggesting you weren't aware everything you sell restricts choice to more expensive items or that you charge more..?

This Shell garage is closed at the moment for a complete refurbishment. The garage is being rebuilt and there is an addition of a Waitrose shop on the property. I do not know how long the garage will be closed for.
