Experience Really depends on who's working there at the time. Before it changed ownership I was once left waiting for 20 minutes at -5 C. To be served, before giving up and going to Tesco. The gentlemen just looked straight at me and carried on with his Bluetooth call. Was told another time that you can only purchase from the spar shop at night if you buy fuel. Some of the staff are awesome, and things have improved, but still fills me with dread if I just want to buy late night groceries.

I went to the shop tonight at about 2 am. The guy in the till didn't know what espresso coffee is. He was very rude doesn't understand English that well. I bought Disel and asked for VAT receipt, he ignored it and using some swearing words. When I asked him again for VAT, he just run away to other room. And when I was giving him money, he kinda snatched from me and collapsed my fingers with the tray. I had to call the police. Investigation on its way. How come these illiterate people get into this country?

Rude staff
Asked for the toilet and was told not in use.
Just before I left seen a cab driver coming out of toilet.
They only let use the toilet to people they know.

Good selection of food, swets and groceries 😋

My normal fuel place. Well stocked shop, clean forecourt, friendly staff. I bough some delicious croissants from them, Sept 2021. I always use the car wash from them, very good.

Car wash wasn't working, can't really say much else - it's a fuel station.

I bought a tuna salad sandwich from there in the morning.
It tasted funny so I opened the sandwich and that’s what I found. Really disappointed.
That’s not safe for customers use as clearly it passed it’s expiry date.

Great and helpful staff, they always answered the phone during this fuel shortage giving essential information about deliveries. Esso nearby in Histon Road never answered calls and there staff were totally unhelpful when I spoke face to face.
