1 star purply based on being lied to. I fueled up on a Sunday evening around 11pm and the doors to the store were open. I was able to pay for fuel and get a few other things. Pull up on a Thursday evening at 9:45pm and the staff tell me they are closed from 5pm then change their answer to 6pm. This made it super inconvenient as I needed a few things from inside the reduced to help with over the side payment window. I’m very disappointed!

Great facilities with an onsite 24 hour fully licensed M&S food! Id have given the place a much higher score, but i live nearby and it has been open beyond 12am once in about 5 visits - infuriating!

Second time the stuff unable to make right type of coffee what I had payed. No coffee nor refund, just started an argument. Very poor service! Put your petrol in and leave!

I'm a female delivery driver and both times I have stopped to use the toilet they have signs for cleaning and will not allow access when asked politely if I can use the toilet as I'm pregnant and in pain he simply tells me no and to go somewhere else. All I'm trying to do is my job the same as these people. If you don't want to help or conversate with customers maybe you should get a job elsewhere. And to beg Infront of a que of customers for help and be ignored is just ludicrous.

It's a great place to get some decent M&S food, etc. on our journey home.

It's good - customer service at tills is good. The short female manager is very polite and always helps. I'm always happy it's lit.

Incredibly rude customer service, I called them because they made a mistake with my deliveroo order and forgot to send an item. They talked over me and totally ignored what I was saying and refused to admit thier mistake that they forgot to check the order before it was sent . Also to refund me some have basically stoke £5.50 from me
