I been this place to buy diesel and jet wash , but there jet was water pressure was too slow, I could not wash my car properly, and there diesel price was quit higher than other shell , but jet wash was disappointing

It is my local Shell and I was using it for a few years. Today was my last visit to this place. The man staff was extremely unpleasant to me. His manners are far from customer service requirements. And one more thing he charged me for the different pump(I did paid mor). Please be careful with your receipt. Check it before you leave.

Someone before me took 5L and didn’t pay and I got charged for both ours. I was missing less than an 1/8th of a tank on a 45L car (max 5L). Took less than 10 sec to fill up but got charged for over 10L. The attendant would not even listen and insisted “my gage must be broken.” I would not trust them. Someone got a free fee liters I suppose. I should have looked before starting!!

Lost £2 on screen wash machine this morning and when I reported to cashier he didn’t really care. When I mentioned I’ve lost he said yes. At least put out of Order sign on machine so others don’t have same experience. Please like if it was helpful. Saturday 17th Dec 0920hrs

Came here to use shell recharge. I checked the app and said the charging ports are free so I drove there. Only to find all they bays are used up by Non-EV cars

I quizzed one guy who was say in his car to move so I could use the port. He told me he won’t move,As he got there first even though he wasn’t using the charger. Neither was his car electric.

The staff of shell are not patrolling this and when I asked for help they just shrugged their shoulders.

Jet wash has been out of order for months and there is no sign of them intending to repair. May as well shuts it off for good and remove the facility.

Shopkeeper on 21st august 2021 19.00 very rude. There are sings around the petrol station to give your reg to the cashier if you stay more than 20 minutes and he refused to validate my parking. After spending over £100 in the petrol station/ car wash he would not validate my parking saying its not his responsability if i stayed over 20 minutes. Basically telling me i have to pay a parking charge of £60 if that comes in the post i will press charges.

The electric vehicle charging locations were unavailable. No explanation given. I think they might not have been fully installed yet.
