Discriminating bikers, did they asking every one to uncover face? This morning they refuse to start the pomp and ask me to remove my helmet. They just lost a customer who spend a lot on fuel. Thankfully there is BP station just after the bridge, and they had no problems whatsoever with helmet. Good bye esso, your service is rubbish! ZERO stars

Was a delay in the pump, pumping fuel, but my experience here was more pleasant than frustrating. A good place to stop and top-up with fuel if heading out on the M3/M4 Sunbury and Staines corridors. Various grocery items, drinks and snacks on offer here too. Cash-point/ATM available but does charge for transactions. Would stop here again if needed, but can get busy. Also busy during the Hampton Court Flower Show season.

The petrol was a reasonable price but when I paid the guy asked me if I had a Nectar card and then deducted 300 points in part-payment! I had no intention of doing this and only noticed what he'd done later when I got home.

Went there for a gas refill, but despite being a Calor Gas station, they did not have the most commonly used 5kg bottles. 10m roundtrip for nothing. When asked where I could refill instead they could not help either.
