Very poor service hear.when your buy stuff hear.they don't give you the right change and when you have keep going back.they humiliated me in front of customers.what about the customer is always right hey.it so wrong.they need go back to school.oh and cause you was in wrong.at least put a smile on your face when I have to use your poor service again yeah😠😠😠😠

Vuay the man with moustache is very rude, don’t know how to speak to customers, he has no knowledge, he is unhelpful and i think it’s time for him to look for a new job,I have made a complaint and I have emailed Rontec about this issue, lets see what they are going to do about it

Broken toilet, rude costumes service. And was laying straight on my face. Manager sounded more rude as I try to get him on the phone he refuse to talk to me as his employee called him.

They are fine for a lunch stop, they have a costa coffee machine and some door items on site.

This morning i went to top up there was someone else there waiting aswell before me. We knock door for 10 min no response. When he came after min looks like he was sleeping and we wake him up. I told him boss we waiting here for 10 min he start shouting at me no i was here this and that. I told him to calm down then je said no fuel for you. So he refuse to let me top up. If you cant do your job why you take it then i am working aswell since 2 this morning and this happens 4 in morning. He was so rude. I had sone fuel so drove to next one but imagine if i run out with fuel then what. Avoid this station if you can.

I would like to know why a 25p charity donation was added to my bill when i was not asked if this was ok. Now i now its only 25p but it is my 25p and i would like to know where my charity donations are going because i do not believe that all the money goes to where it should be going all of the time. And maybe i only bought £14.99 worth of petrol for a reason...maybe i only had £15 in my account and maybe now i have been put into an overdraft at a cost of £25. One body has the right to add on money with out my consent.. i see this as an act of fraud and deception...
