Turned up just after two am this morning Sunday 12th June 2016
Was with my pals two nephews and another family friend
They all got out of car to approach cubical to purchase alcohol
I asked them ask the attendant to zero the pump as the previous customers reading was still showing on petrol dial
What was to follow was beyond belief not only did he take payment for the alcohol and retain change he then served another customer that had puked up for petrol and declared that I couldn't get any petrol until I declared how much I wanted to put in my take before hand
I seemed to held at ransom for a number of minutes I then told him I would formally report him for his behaviour
To put situation into context I had driven a long distance via my 5 to visit family friend that brother had just died and visit to petrol station was to buy some pals that had also turned up for same purpose
I don't know area and had to use satellite navigation to drive around to buy things altough some businesses said they were 24 hour stores they were not so station was sixth attempt
I was running low on fuel the attendant allowed me to put only twenty pounds in before locking pump
I needed to fill up. .?....Twenty pounds doesn't go far in car car but at least we had something
I need to point out we observed other customers were served without having to pay in advance and did have to go through some declaration. ....
I think this sort of service needs to be looked at maybe the company has some in built policy but what ever it is I would like to know what it is and does it involve restricted sales to certain members of the community ?
I would like to know if this is a one off?
Has anybody else out there experienced this?
Great to get some responses to open us see if there is a patern. ...is this a rogue attendant?
And yes please playback camera recordings I am sure would make amazing viewing in this day and age.

No toilet, not accept card for washing mashine

Do not use if you have shell rewards to use! Had £20 coupon off fuel, guy behind the counter said new tills so cant accept coupon. Told to come back tomorrow and try again, like I would use a whole tank of fuel in a day? Made to pay full price and sent on my way! Won’t be using again...

I called the station asking the man is there an electric charger. he replied yes. then asked do you by any chance know how much the machine charge per unit? he rudely replied, "how do I know". just made me laugh. customer service does not this in this place!

If there is an offer advertised as 2 for £1 for example, They don’t honour the offer and they charge too much. Sometimes the cashiers are on the phone when you’re at the till.

Staff not wearing masks and saying they don't need to? Bit weird

Jet wash decent, however despite signage - it doesn’t take 10p coins.

Was going to get a costa till I saw the guy working there with his bare hands mixing up the coffee and hot chocolate powder. Gross. Specially during these times
