Very pleased to see LPG in stock. The first pump did not work but the 2nd did. Free cash machine. Costa coffee self service. Good selection of drinks and snacks. 24hrs service. Server was polite and quick. Would recommend.

It's amazing that there is LPG in Oxford. However on this particular station it is very difficult to pump it to car since all LPG nozzles are worn and gas is leaking making whole operation very dangerous. My complains about this were ignored. It's safer to buy LPG somewhere else.

The car wash damaged my car. The dryer function reached the back and as it did not stop it hit and scraped the back. When I told the staff they weren’t surprised or apologetic, they just had me fill out an incident report. I followed it up with the company 3 times with no response. Avoid this company at all cost they have no value for customers and if they damage your vehicle they will not take responsibility. Obviously don’t use the car wash but in a more general sense if any of their equipment is faulty such as petrol pump or car accessories, they have a history of avoiding responsibility so it will end up costing you. Save yourself time and money and use somewhere else.

I fell over on a wet surface outside this petrol station and when I told a member of staff about it he just laughed!! He never bothered to see if I was ok although my knee was bleeding quite badly and I had just been to minor injuries to follow up a fall I had the previous day! In fact no one bothered to see if I was ok. I hope your CCTV picked this up. Not impressed

Watch out for one worker. Every time I buy there, he always tries to charge me more. Later, he pretends to be stupid, refuses to make a return and asks if I would like to get something in return for it. It happened to me and my friends several times. You should check receipts every time in this place...

Great garage. Staff VERY pleasant and helpful. Especially after been turned away at other garages to use collect+ when am a paying customer.

Rude unhelpful staff, not only rude but uneducated in basic behaviour and education. The site itself requires attention to detail, it’s like a playground which is reflected by the poor displays of entering, whilst at pumps, in the store and exiting , a playground

Pulled into this garage tonight to use car wash. Managed to misplace my ticket, returned to shop and spoke to Runveer who was in charge and had just sold me the car washing ticket. Runveer was unhelpful and suggested I buy another ticket and was completely unable to resolve this issue. He clearly didn’t like being challenged and his attitude was simply not good enough. Dreadful customer service.
