A wider choice of shopping than in most petrol stations. The automatic car wash is particularly pugnacious, but a little costly.

I'm normaly not a fan of BP and will often go out of my way to go somewhere else but when I'm in Guildford I always make time to stop by here. I do agree with some of the other reviewers here about it being overpriced but I won't be taking a star off for that because it more than makes up for it with the variety in the shop for food and drink etc, the service (everyone is very helpful and they all smile 😁). Also, I'm a Vapour, there is a full wall of Vape stuff near the counter including the vape e-liquid short fills, coils, batteries, even the Vape units to and more. All in all if you don't mind spending a few extra quid from time to time then you won't be disappointed with this BP. Cheers 🍻👍

I have complained previously about asking for the most reliable vape batteries and being fobbed off with the last two awful batteries, each which lasted a fortnight! When I made an official complaint to BP, a chap said he was sorry and would contact the Nica Local. I got nowhere because I wasn't given receipts and the money didn't go through the till. This was blatent theft. Now, fast forward a year and a half and the manager is very rude every time I go in and mutters to his friends in a foreign language and laughs at me. It happened today when I was deciding whether to use a basket and there were groans and laughter and claps when I took a basket. This is disgraceful and BP should not let it happen. Robin

Nice shop with good selection but unfortunately if you compare it with other petrol stations in Guildford, this BP never fails to have the highest price for fuel. Shell and ESSO down the road I've noticed always do it cheaper so have recently switched to there instead

Very friendly staff and management team. Well stocked. You can find anything. They also have this amazing Car Air Fresheners called VIP that are perfume based. Really incredible. Try them
All in all if you don't mind spending a few extra quid from time to time then you won't be disappointed with this BP.
