Horrible customer service. The sales assistant they need more friendly. They don’t bother with customers. They don’t understand proper English. Oh my God! Today at 4.45pM I went to the car wash I asked the gentleman is the car wash machine work? He said yes. But the machine didn’t work . I told the guys, you said machine work but not work properly. Unnecessary the guys arguing with me in the meantime I told the guys put the coin in the machine you find work or not? he said I can’t do it. I said why? He said if he put the coin in the machine he loses it. So my question is who is the responsible? Customer, sales assistant or owner???????????

I don't use you but I do live close by. Late in the evening to communicate with customers a tanoy is used and it's loud and disrupted neighbours. Please consider others before you do this and it's almost daily

Newly came here in UK and first time to put petrol in newly bought car and ask them how to do it, they are so helpful and friendly. Will recommend to others.

Staff are rude and unhelpful, petrol prices are not displayed, collect plus never works hence should not be advertised.

Rudest staff ever. Get angry when you have parcels to send through collect plus when it’s literally their job. So strange!

Noticed that there’s No soap in the jet-wash machine! People are using their own spray! As i was waiting in the queue to wash my car, I had to enquire from the store assistant and his answer simply was : people are ok with that so! I can’t top it up with soap! I need to wait for engineers to come tomorrow! 🤷♂️😧
