After abandoning the last BP car wash in Hammersmith due to a tech fault, this BP car wash broke down while we were actually in it! Come on BP - sort out your car washes!

If you are looking for a petrol station to fuel up, grab something etc , then do not attempt to travel to here because their not open when they say they are.
Even now on their site it indicates ‘OPEN’ yet it is closed, and when asked a member of staff about the times and needed information, he put six fingers up and six only to me not gonna blame him for BP problem.

BP? How About you change or update your details online , so you are not wasting people’s time to travel to you station and your not even open ??

What an unpleasant staff, i bought several items including big bottle of water and asked them to give me an empty paper cup so my dog can drink as well in the hot day and they refused to give one. What a cheap reaction, how can you refuse your clients a paper cup - clients that shop and put gas in this station every single day - this is pathetic service i don’t recommend this place to anyone.

This is the 3rd time they have got my Deliveroo order wrong. I suggest you don't use them for Deliveroo if they can't put together an order containing 6 items correctly

All is good except diesel prices went through the roof!

Really pleased to see the car was was in use at this BP petrol station although it did take over an hour to wait due to everyone queuing up to get their cars washed.. I paid £10 for the premium service however and I’m not amazed by the service I feel like the mid range price would have cleaned it to the same standard as the wheels rims were still pretty dirty

Staff are fantastic, but for the last 4 weeks or more one of the coffee machines is not working ,
I go in here nearly every day ,so why do they clean the only coffee machine thats working at 5 o,clock in the afternoon, why not 11 o,clock at night ,very disappointed with it ,
