Excellent customer service, I had my hands full whilst trying to decide what pie I wanted and he offered to take my drinks off me and carry them to the till.
And he couldn't be more helpful offering a bag after the sale as well.
Good on you Shell, you have an excellent member of staff.

Prices as of 21.05.2022. Good location, lots of pumps. Reasonably priced petrol. Waitrose products in store.
Handy as next door to McDonald's and you want a bite to eat.

I was charged twice for my £60.01 worth of diesel nearly a month ago and still waiting a response let alone a refund. Will not be using a shell station until this is sorted.

Went to this garage to pick up lunch this morning at 6.30am have to say the oriental lady serving on the checkout had a face like a chewed up toffee, didn't say hello didn't smile , I would say if you don't like working there find a job you do like. Was absolutely miserable. And when serving people was rude.

Nice little place to stop. Much better than the other gas station down the street. A lot of options for food and such. My only complaint is the drink cooler was severely stocked incorrectly. Almost none of the drinks marched the label so you won't really know how much the drink you're choosing actually costs. I let the staff know. Hopefully they fix it.
