Was there on Christmas Eve, this depressed looking, small little skinny Asian guy behind the till, does not know the difference between refund and exchange. Seems to think that a refund is an exchange. Not sure how he still works there.

Have been coming here for 10+ years. Went to pay for my petrol and my card kept being declined. I was clearly quite stressed by the situation as this had never happened before and had no other way to pay. The lady serving me was fine but the 'manager' then came over and was very abrupt and dismissive, and asked me where I lived. He told me to ring my bank, which I tried to do but they were closed. I said I had no way to pay but was happy to fill out the form and come back the next day to pay with some cash I had at home. He said I could not leave until I had paid, but I had no way to pay. Luckily my dad arrived and paid, but if he wasn't about I would have been stuck there with no way to pay. Considering that I was clearly stressed by the situation and had never had to go through anything like this before, the manager was very rude and kept interrupting me. I felt helpless and singled out.

On a separate occasion I was third in the queue for a pump and the same manager came out with a cone and closed the lane just as it was my turn. I told him that I had been waiting for ten minutes and then had to join another queue for another pump. Again, he was very rude, dismissive and disrespectful, almost aggressive in his manner.

I have put thousands of pounds into this petrol station over the years and it is safe to say I will no longer be a customer.
