I would advise against using this Esso store for Collect+ parcel deliveries. I have been fobbed off by two very dismissive and unhelpful staff members here. The retailer confirmed the parcels were delivered there. They went 'missing'.

My issue is with the 25 pence added to the receipt as a charity contribution-was not aware of which charity would benefit- being a bit of a technophobe had to ask how to delete - no problem but I felt it was a bit like the charity collector rattling a can in your face( something now not permitted officially). Looking at my receipt later there was no indication of the amount of fuel supplied or the rate of charge per litre( was indicated on sign as 121.99(Diesel) - so that is down to me note making a mental note of actual amount /litres etc. For the rest of the procedure I have no issue.

Enough pumps, decent selection of snacks and drinks in the station even if they're expensive..but you'll get these prices at 9/10 petrol stations these days as we all know so I recommend going to an Asda or Aldi for your munchies and beverages, fuel price isn't too bad in comparison to other places but I've noticed whilst I'm driving my fuel seems to deplete so much quicker than before even though I filled my tank using the 'better/slightly more expensive petrol' but apparently whatever fuel is made out of has changed so not only is every petrol station rocketing up in prices the tank lasts considerably less than before!!! F"ing government!! I'm all for looking after the environment but I can't afford a new electric car... However enough of that lol it's not this petrol station's fault and the staff are always happy and smiling and make you feel welcome even when you forget which pump you used they're already on it!! XXX

Workers very rude and disrespectful I was washing my car and they where jet washing and sprayed me with dirt and didn’t even apologise this has got to be the worse petrol station in charminister they don’t know how to give out change and are very rude they can’t do maths
