I will never use this facility to pick up my delivery items from collect+.

I went on four occasions to pick up items that I was told had been delivered there from collect+ and on all four occasions I have been told that they were not there, despite having received text messages with bar codes on. On speaking to the manager there she told me that they had simply refused delivery of my items as they did not have the room to store them !! Didnt seem to bother her that these are my orders that I am waiting for and because of their incompetence it has cost me an extra £35 due to having reorder the items. As the items were refused delivery, they were automatically sent back to the retailer without my knowledge so any "deals" i got on black friday had reverted back to normal price when I reordered them. If you cant store the items then do not be an agent for collect+ quite simple !!! I have suggested this to collect+ too in the form of a complaint. Nobody seems to be interested in the £35 I have lost .

This station offers an array of facilities alongside petrol, all of which are useful. Prices are above average, but I visit to collect parcels. When doing so, if I use anything else on offer, I am always disappointed with the experience. The staff always seem confused or dither whilst dealing with customers.

Easy in and out except the guy in there had no idea how to tell me how to use the app to scan for my points. I figured it out as soon as I walked out of the store but by then it was too late.

DON'T UES THE CAR WASH...they are complete rip off...they wash the inside of the car with a high pressure washer going over in 3 times and then tell you to leave your car with them so they can dry it out....but the way they do that is by keeping your car running and the heating on full blast for about 5 hours using your petrol and all this for the price of £50...not to mention how much petrol you will need to put back in it

Staff hardly speak English, litter everywhere, items are charged to mutch, staff do not interact with you, do not help you,

It's a petrol station. Service was not to good

A no frills idea just use and go,there is an option to text you when your washing/drying is done. Two sizes of washing machine and the dryer is a good size too.Use the dryer regularly .Would recommend .

Local to me ... Oooh the staff are more than helpful as well , I've also bought petrol from there too
