Always been a good garage but today left me very disappointed.went there at 15:07 and put £10.01 pence diesel due to the fuel in Yarmouth is a lot cheaper the 0.01 pence by accident went to pay and give the lady £20.00 Note plus £1 coin as don't had the 1 pence..she moans and tells me people think we are a bank looks at me and ask if I have small change witch I look and show my wallet saying sorry I don't she then give me £10.00 change and my £1 pound back.
She does not got any customer skill lucky I was in good mood if not I would thrown a chocolate bar at her...(as seems she probably needed some)

Great staff!! Not to sure of the names of the two gents that helped me out with my broken down car but all i can say is brilliant! :)

Really pleasant friendly staff. Clean and good place to restock your car with friendly fuel and your self with the same.

Shell discretely bought Russian oil yesterday 5th March 2022. You have Ukrainian blood on your hands.

Called into your garage last night, been here countless times and meant to write a review many times, I must say your staff there Anne and Alan are are an absolute credit to your company so friendly and helpful my girlfriend wouldn’t go past without going in to see if there there she loves them, hold on to these great colleagues as I would employ both of them in a heartbeat, absolute credit to Shell , well done many regards Hayley and Adrian

Service was good. Shell website says it has a toilet but wasn't one in shop - unless it's somewhere else outside shop?

Always polite staff at this service station.
Currently a bit tricky to use as McDonald's very busy and needing a marshal for their customers. Sue

Disgusting how this petrol station treats hgv's not allowing them fuel in a time when people have gone crazy for no reason, hgvs keep this country running, your a disgrace.
