Tower Garage

Down on holiday in Newquay and had a strange noise coming from brake the day before we were due to drive home.
Rang Tower garage at 8.30am and even though they were fully booked told me to bring it down and they would have a look for me, after leaving the car for the day I received a phone call to tell me they had looked at the car and taken it for a test drive and found nothing wrong and that it would be safe to drive the 300 miles home the next a day. When I asked how much I owed they said nothing as there was no fault with the car.I would highly recommend Tower garage as they put my mind at ease and helped out at very short notice

THIS GARAGE IS THERE PURELY TO PART HARD WORKING PEOPLE OF THEIR CASH. WE BOOKED AN ANNUAL SERVICE IN AND ASKED TWICE FOR A QUOTE ON THE WORK BUT WERE REFUSED THIS REQUEST BEING TOLD SIMPLY "IT WONT COST ALOT, ITS JUST A SERVICE".
When we arrived to collect the car the bill was £327. When I questioned this, the guy was disrespectful and dismissive. We got quotes for the same work at other local garages that ranged from £147 to £189 for exactly the same work and sometimes more. He also tried to charge us for extra work outside of the service even though we specifically requested that any extra work required a phone call to us for the go ahead

Please dont make the same mistake as we did, avoid at all costs.!!!

Always go here for repairs ect and fuel and customers are prioritised and spoken to in a friendly Manor wouldn't go anywhere else they don't waste your money they find the issue and get right on it and fix it 😀

I've been using Tower Garage for the last year or so. In that time they have fitted my car with a new battery and clutch and I've also used them for MOT and service. Ed is super helpful and knowledgeable, he doesn't make you feel stupid for asking silly questions and their prices are reasonable. They are trustworthy and I wouldn't use anyone else now. I would definitely recommend Tower Garage to others.

Took my 67 plate BMW msport in for Mot and he failed the car on a faulty Led light ridiculous.Took it straight for second opinion and they confirmed there was nothing wrong with lights. Basically he was looking for a labour job embarrassing really please don’t trust him especially with high end vehicles. The bloke who owns this garage is a clown just look at the reviews underneath even other local garages agree

This place is awesome! We had some car trouble on a long road trip, and Ed got us back on the road much quicker and for much cheaper than expected. Thanks again Ed!

Ed is a Legend. Nothing is ever too much trouble, always greated with a smile. AND they even serve Fuel old school stylee (fill up your car while you wait) which is a real boon while everyone is social distancing. Great family business, right near the beautiful Cannock Chase.

Would of give it a 0 star if I could, overpriced and not reliable. Had my Ka mot and came back passed and literally 5 days later my brack pad on front right was nonexistent metal on metal and when we confronted Ed he said it wasn't part of an mot. Just uses another garage in the area Trust me.
