Very impolite staff! Poor customer service regarding basic snack products. Why so expensive for ordinary snack food? Please correct staff attitude or suffer a lack of custom in Dover.

Shop is handy for goods. Have to be careful filling car as pumps can be only premium fuel

Mind they don't charge you an extra penny onto the price on the pump as they did with me. And then thought it funny when you complain

This fuel station has a handy shop which includes essential provisions. Unfortunately there are no facilities for the charging of electric vehicles which is a real dissapointment. Just and old fashioned fossil fuel station that might do well to look into the near future and supply some kind of rapid charger offering for drivers of electric vehicles.

Quite happily posting public, no point going here for essentials shopping wise at night. The staff's far too busy reading the news paper and ignoring you at the window to help.

Dangerous for Motorcyclists

I have no problem with any area of this station except health & safety; I have informed BP about the issue. I have noticed over the past few months, especially around the area of the pumps, a slipperiness on the ground. It is a dry, oily, slippery coating on the floor. This is relevant mostly to motorcyclists. I stopped just the other night and slid my front tyre, it was that bad - when I put my feet down to push off from my bike to get off of it, my feet actually slid away from where I had placed my feet. For the second time in a week, I consequently drove off without using the pumps, not wanting to risk whatever was on the floor getting on my tyres and causing an accident on the road. The entire forecourt needs to be chemically cleaned, not just have sand thrown down on it - it is dangerous

Was really good but since the take over happened and the shop became londis it's just gone down hill . Over priced and some staff don't seem to care at all about customers . The original staff are the only decent thing left there but not enough for me to stay as I was a regular .
