I've been in here twice. First time they had fuel ok but only 1 person serving (despite having 2 tills) and several vans full of guys all buying their lunches individually. Took over 10 minutes to get to pay, if only I'd used the app! Second time I visited they didn't have any V-Power available and I only ever use Shell V-Power.

As a Lorry driver, I always stop there to get a coffee and a sandwich ( Triple BLT is my favourite) . Toilets are very clean, staff it's very friendly. Good to have a short break.

Very rude customer assistant told me to get off my bike to fuel it no please just GET OF THE BIKE. There are no signs saying that is the case. will not be using again so their loss of trade

Visited in Sept 2020 during Coronavirus outbreak. This branch does not have 'Pay at Pump' with credit card facilities, however it does allow mobile-payment using the Shell app.
Disposable gloves were available at the pumps.

Very rude lady on the checkout and has no customer service at all, makes out its the managers fault and I would not go here again

I went to Shell garage for noodles from chocolate and drinks they can’t understand me. . I left Nothing
With nothing and before charge me double and scamming peple .

Had to stop here on Weds morning on the way through to the motorway for fuel and coffee at 05:15. The chap was surprisingly cheerful!

Nice ,you can pay online , no issues apart from the fuel prices ;}
