over priced and 2 members of staff on tills need to learn some basic customer skills .they were more interested in chatting to each other then actually dealing with customers

girl name of JORDAN claimed to be an supervisor had to be the worst staff member i ever encountered at this shell garage she was very rude no skill or manners how to speak to customers. Very poor service 👎

I know nobody really cares because it's a petrol station, but the company who took over this station (MFG) are despicable. I worked here quite briefly and when they took over, we were told we'd have to complete a hefty amount of online training in our spare time FOR FREE. It amounted to around 15-20 hours of training. They gave us barely a week to do this, and told us if we didn't complete it by the 23rd of December, we'd be fined £50. The most evil, exploitative business I've ever had the displeasure to work for. Needless to say, I did not complete the training and quit within days.

They also decided they were going to open the doors at night and start selling alcohol past 10pm (I'm not sure if this has been done) and got extremely annoyed when I, a 20 year old girl who worked completely alone, was not enthused by this idea.

I'm pretty sure they did this on purpose. The new franchise owners were South Asian men and most of the staff were white. Basically every white staff member quit and when I've been forced to pop in there, I've noticed that all the staff are now South Asian males. Nothing wrong with that in general, but I think they planned for this and wanted the original staff to quit so they could replace us with their mates.

Paid via the app but the attendant screamed at me over the tannoy saying that I needed to pay. Forced to get out and show him, defeating the whole point of the stupid app. It’s also a complete ripoff!

I am disabled person and i have been here for the last 40 mins today begging to be helped to fuel my vehicle. The person who works there refused to help and i have reported. Very sad and very dispointed because he was very rude and finally helped me after 40 to 50mins waiting and keeped beggin'

The crude man working there spat on the window, in full view of all the customers! It's horribly overpriced and has terrible customer service. If you can please don't shop here. If I could leave minus stars I would.

Plenty of ev charge bays, easy to use for fast charge.
