Not even worth the 1 star and I never leave negative reviews. I am heavily pregnant and was refused use of their toilet last week, regardless of them (clearly falsely) advertising online that they have a toilet for public use. I appreciate it’s not a ‘legal requirement’ however that has clearly displayed shocking customer service and lack of human compassion. They have lost a loyal local customer and I will be sure to spread my negative experience.

The worst petrol station in the area. The service is often rude and it's lacking the ability to use Shell loyalty scheme - either the type of card is wrong or they're pretending the scanner isn't working. No chance of Fill & go either, but that's not a surprise. There's another Shell 2 minutes away, so you're better using that one

A crying shame that the forecourt shop cannot sort out the non functioning toilet facilities... it's been absolutely months! Come on guys, de-digitate and sort it!

Doesn’t bother to answer the phone. Don’t have enough petrol to drive to multiple stations so need to know if you have any. At least the spar picks up!

Disgusting. Just paid 149.99 for a litre of unleaded . Will never use shell again . Jet station 400 yards away had fuel at 139.9 a litre but has already filled up.
