Most fuel stations are built to a pattern and this one is no different. That does mean that the layouts become very familiar, you know where to go, and pretty much exactly what the store will stock.
This one is fine and I would visit again.

Such an unpleasant and rude experience.
Purchasing some food and whilst at the till there seems to be a problem with the barcodes. The lady politely asks me to go back and find one with a barcode. These are generic ready meals. Sure no problem.

I return and I was told I got the wrong item can I go back. Big queue behind me now. Again generic ready meal different recipe. I said oh come on.
Then I had the surly till slamming experience from the lady.
So it is my fault it's the wrong bar code and it's my fault I picked the wrong one.
Basically they don't do customers. It's does not make business or customer sense to send me back a second time.
Their was a massive queue and why couldn't they sort the issue out after the purchase.

Used it's facilities only but its a fuel station with an M&S

Toilets were super super dirty. So disgusting!!🤢🤢 They werent clean during the whole day

(evening shift on a Thursday night) what rude lady serving at the till I had a screen shot for my to good to go magic bag of food a rather than being polite to me she was very rude and called me a theif for a £4 magic bag and wouldn't let me get the goods i had paid for then told me to go and
said come on I have a que and served other people with no explanation this was my first time if coming into the the store we have a young baby at home so I wentpick it up for my wife but will never return to store again after the staff are very rude

Unacceptable toilet facilities. Travelling east on M27/A27 then north A3M is only facilities.One cubicle ladies/disabled and one mens. Both open directly .Joined queue for ladies.waited over 5 mins for occupant to open door, turned out to be a MAN . First lady in queue entered,exited fast advised us was filthy ,the rest of the queue scattered as the smell was disgusting..I visited the Premier Inn next door as Mc Donalds closed.No other facility before my destination..
Why has this location such third world toilet facilities? Other M and S/BP have door to small lobby private for ladies ,with more than one cubicle

It cost £1 to put air in our tyres. Since we drive a Tesla, this BP didn't have a lot more to offer than clean restrooms.

Visited this bp to get fuel in a marked ambulance response car at 4am to a lady who was very rude behind the till and stated we are closed due to a delivery but still let me get fuel but was very rude when paying for the fuel.

She said we are actually closed, can't you see the lights off in the shop. Due to taking a delivery.
