Had to wait several minutes to have pump authorised even thou the station was empty, other customers had to wait even longer. On going to pay for fuel the assistant was only interested in answering his phone and talking to the caller, rude and shocking service, will avoid in the future.

Other reviews have had the same experience that we have had with water in diesel fuel with this station, ours was in December 2021. 75% of the fuel dispensed from the pump was contaminated with water and they were not interested. After various emails the motorfuelgroup reply was:

We confirm that we have investigated the incident. The investigation has confirmed that the pumps have been in continual use and that this filling station has received no other complaints of this nature, prior to, or since you brought this matter to our attention. Given the high usage of the pumps, if a filling station experiences a fuel contamination we would receive a large number of reports in a very short space of time

Open 24 hours.
Plenty of parking available if your just visiting the forecourt shop. Seperate fuel pump for larger vehicles.

Most expensive garage and shop in nottingham, and more expensive than any in Mansfield too!

Very poor service. Had to wait a long time for a pump to be authorised. Even with me waving my arms like I was being attacked by killer hornets he still refused to acknowledge me while he was laughing and joking on the phone. After a while he waved his arms to suggest I moved to another pump (to my disappointment the hornets had not got inside).
When I went in to pay I told him he shouldn't be on the phone as I was stood there for quite sometime on the forecourt alone holding a non functioning nozzle 😳
I don't want to be rude but the guy was also a nobhead

Staff not particularly helpful to wheelchair users. Waved Blue Badge and flashed lights, guy just shrugged shoulders, otherwise like the Off licence...very handy

Plenty of space at the pumps, and to park up. Shop has a bit of everything like all garage shops. Easy accessible.
