Tesco Petrol Station

Prices show a good saving on well known names, particularly on Momentum 99 which is 16p per litre cheaper. There's pay at pump working on most of the pumps and window on the kiosk that you can pay through rather than going in.

The biggest drawback is getting in and out when Southampton Road is congested and the Tesco store is busy, and best avoided. Before 8 in the morning and after 7 in the evening are the least busy and you can get in/out in five minutes

Well laid out, with pay at pump which makes transactions smoother. No need to sue for the till. All let down by access along Southampton road (A36) which is a disaster on most days around peak and was dire on Saturday around 11:00.
Price is good for area, only being beaten by the Durrington Murco, if you are in the area. I don't find Tescos diesel as economic as others, never have, but still good value.
Overall east transaction. Recommended

Very annoyed that the petrol station is always closed at night now even though they have pay at pump. I have a performance vehicle that requires a minimum of 98ron fuel, the only petrol stations in Salisbury that provide fuel with an octane level of 98ron and above are Tesco and shall. It is a massive inconvenience for me when i drive to Tesco for fuel only to find out that once again it's closed.

Went in here today for fuel. The customer service is disgusting to say the least. The women in there have no manners and no common courtesy, a please and thank you go a long way. Needless to say I won't be using this petrol station again.

Place was clean and tidy staff were helpful.

Says 24hrs in various places, yet its always closed by 9pm! I was told by an employee, that it would be 24hrs after the refurbishment... clearly that wasn't true. Various pay at pump machines, unsure why it has to be shut when staff leave?! Please sort it out Tesco.

Saturday 7:00 am, there was a small queue. Diesel was available with no limit.
Staff were on the ground checking the flow.
On my way out the queue was tripled!
Go early to finish faster.

Poor.....issue with a 'pay at pump only machine' as displaying 'Pay Cashier' message on screen and machine would not reset. To hear the tannoy blare out twice that "Pump 2 is a pay at pump machine" was not helpful.
As I went towards the kiosk for help, a staff member came out telling me that it was a 'pay at pump only machine' and seemed unwilling to accept my explanation of why I had not used the pump for its intended purpose, due to its computer glitch, or, even worse, she seemed unwilling to listen. On the third time that I replaced the dispensing nozzle back into the machine, it rebooted and worked, A very, very frustrating experience and not helped by the staff working there.
