Be careful when you use your card when paying for fuel here. My wife's card was charged twice for the same transaction. When she saw this on her statement she went back to the service station to get a refund and was met with a flat refusal. We will be going there again to get this sorted out but we will not use this station again.

The upgraded station with an M&S food looks great, but is very highly priced compared to the equivalents a short drive away in the village. Schweppes Lemonade £2.69, but in Banstead village £1 - crazy, and pretty much no deals to make up for it; I also find the selection a bit predictable and after a couple of visits you're bored. Staff have got the radio tuned to a dance channel and quite loud, not very M&S. However it is a 24 hour shop and they actually let you in, where others will serve you from a window, which is impossible. Average service with one especially polite young chap! UPDATE - This was a 24hr shop, but they seem to have changed their minds, maybe it's too quiet in the small hours?!

Sometimes the cheapest. Other times they offer cheaper refreshments (Like Pepsi, and mentos chewing gums bought together... Hilarious). It's not worth it.

Choice of food within the m&s is good but the staff always seem to be on their phones when you visit and certainly do not provide the service you would usually get from m&s staff. Think it needs to be looked into as it really is letting down the reputation which is a shame and for the price marks and Spencer charge I expect the staff to at least engage when serving you.

It has got to be the hardest forecourt access a petrol station can have; it's tiny. For me, queueing to get on a pump is the only measure of a station. The wait made worse by the fact you have to queue for even longer for the driver of the fuelled-up vehicle on the pump you've chosen to return to their car after doing their weekly shop. And, of course, getting a fancy coffee in the M&S shop. Never again, despite the very polite staff.

This is a good petrol station with m&s food shopping. There is also a car wash, it is also 24/7 very handy if your coming back from Gatwick.

This is local to me so whenever I need anything it's usually more convenient for me to get to, the staff are helpful and very friendly, they try work as quickly as they can to serve their customers, during busy times there might be a bit of a wait but it's like anywhere else and it can't be helped. I've never had any problems here.

Great selection of tasty fuels, try the BP Ultimate 98 if you want an extra kick. Prices are generally lower than other similar BP stations
