The staff shouted to me, as they will decide if you can use a disabled toilet or not. They clearly need to be aducated that not every disability is visible, I do hope more people won't be treated this way.

The most expensive service. In my town fuel cost below £1.70
Why you charge so much?

Never have milk alternatives ie soya for coffee whenever I stop here..always 'we've just sold out....

We pulled in here on the way back from the O2 one evening recently, i used the toilet which to be honest was something of a let down as you can see for yourself from the photos. No excuse as it was dead quiet being around midnight.
I made a purchase and didn’t get a hi/hello/please/thank which is a bit rude and not what you would expect from BP.

Worst toilets I have seen in a long time in a motorway station. Absolutely horrendous.

Always like stopping at BP station as have a good selection in there shops and many have bathrooms

Decent petrol station like most of the BP toilets where clean and friendly staff

Public toilets with 2 hours free parking
