Disgraceful pricing tactics at this petrol station. Diesel is advertised st £2 per litre but at the pumps it’s £2.12. The excuse given by the rude women at the counter was that there is ONE PUMP selling the fuel at the advertised price and drivers should pull up and read the ‘small print’ before getting fuel. Absolutely ridiculous and shameful tactics.

You have to repair or replace your toilets. They're 'out of use' 3 times a week on average.
Or is it just the staff messing around?
This is pretty annoying when you're a customer paying over £2per litre and overpay for shopping and you can't use the facilities which should have been provided properly👎

Heads up, Ad Blue, costs more than diesel !!!

The new guy from yesterday refused to let me fill up my little 7.5t on the petrol pumps apparently i had to use the hgv pumps when i had no way to get back round to them i have been coming here for years filling up my 32t on the non hgv pumps never been an issue previously and because of this i broke down shortly after trying to make it to another garage guys a little p##ck!!!

Same as all the other reviews!! Toulets out of use, very rude staff and got served the wrong thing from bakery and it was stone cold.

Can't believe all these negative reviews all saying the same things for months, yet no changes!!

Kept ringing, no answer. Worst petrol station staff by far. My partner called me really stressed because the employees at the till had treated her with such disrespect. Unfortunately the fuel cap on her car had locked up and the automatic mechanism was not working, so she called for help to try to fix it.

Upon doing so, when entering to pay for the fuel, both the staff members proceeded to be rude and disrespectful (because of the time spent trying to call to fix it), and to top it off, one of the people at the till threw the receipt at my partner. My partner said it sounded like it was a Russian lady and an older English woman. I'd have slapped the disrespect out of her face if I was there.

I wanted to call and talk to the manager but no answer. I want that member of staff disciplined. I'm fuming. She had the kids there too.

Why do you have slobs working for BP if they can't show an ounce of good customer service.

The petrol sold, needs to be investigated. I don't think the quantity was correct. £40 normally fills my tank up. The pumps that are not functioning, do not have cones in front of them so you end up going around to find one, I ended up parking incorrectly (my bad) my car was the only one there so, I thought it was ok? as I could not figure out the working ones. The manageress, Instead of coming to us to help, stood outside her door shouting. I quietly paid and reciprocated with this review.
