I went to get my air pressure in my tyres a car pulled up behind me as I was getting the tyre pressure the person behind my car passenger got out quietly opened my door took my handbag and went next second I realized the car was gone when I realised my handbag is gone when I asked the staff inside the petrol station no one was willing to call the police I had my house keys on me so I ran home called the police and stopped all my bank cards never have I ever gone to that petrol station wouldn't advise anyone else to bother as the staff are useless the other car that took my bag were also Sri Lanka's and so were the people working inside the petrol station maybe they were related

absolutely ripping people off. last nights prices!

Very poor customer services. Very rude with children 😡😡😰😰 who served us he looks very much upset when customer coming IN or going OUT which is not a good sign for business.. I checked reviews its look like mostly comments about the customer service owner should take action rather than reply and apologies/sorry .

Worse petrol station EVER. Got there a few minutes ago, trying to put £20 of diesel in my van. After pumping and paying, didn't even notice that the reserve light was still on. Came a couple of miles up, the reserve light still on. Returned to the station, asked if I could see a manager, as this happened, and the staff (Nanthan according to his nameplate) not only didn't provide any guidance in this point, but also began smirking. Called the police to be told that this isn't a crime (jokers). Took the head office details, but I'm emailing Corporate as well. Drove to Barking Tesco to put the same amount on the van, and surprise surprise, the accurate range suddenly shows. Absolutely appalled by this robbery scheme operated here. I thought that this "smart pumps" were something only seen in the 90's! Never again, Shell! Never again!

Very good service.. please go to this station so that other better stations are less congested and available for me ;D

Very bad staff experience as they don't even mention if the air is working or not.only after loosing cash ,you get know.

The worst petrol station I’ve ever went to. The stuff is so rude and plus trying to charge more for the stuff you buy. Disgusting petrol station to go to.
