Applegreen Daff y nant Services

For some reason they have portaloos, cant see any work going on, if you are a lady thinking of using said toilets, dont bother, absolutely disgusting (this is southbound by the way), if you can hang on use the services the other side of the tunnel at Monmouth.

Indoor toilets out of service. Replacement portaloos were dirty and had no toilet paper.
A previous review from 2 months ago also said the same thing so not a new issue.

Relatively cheap fuel.

Staff are very friendly here, its clean, and the shelves are always stocked, plus it's fuel prices tend to be the cheapest in the area (that I know of)

Inside Toilets were out of order, provided portaloos were disgusting and overflowing with poo. My daughter would rather wet herself than wee in there.

Rude staff, dirty toilets. Greggs was the worst I’ve ever stepped foot in and believe me I’ve been in a fair few. Cold food, cold steak bake, cold cheese and onion bake, cold sausage rolls. Supervisor on duty was grumpy, think she should have stayed at home and read the idiots guide to customer service. The greggs staff clearly aren’t happy in their employment. If I worked in Greggs I would embrace life and give my customers the experience they deserve, not leave them feeling disappointed and suffering with indigestion from struggling to eat the cold sausage roll before the last little bit of warmth slipped away. On the plus side the hot chocolate was adequate. It’s a big fat thumbs down from us!!

Nice services with friendly staff, key fuels and a good selection of stuff in the shop. The downside two portaloos outside by the car wash, I don’t know how long those are meant to be there for while the toilets indoors get sorted but they’re not very clean at all.

A really good shop with wide choices of snacks and general shopping. The area is always clean and staff friendly.
Good access for disability and a number of parking spaces out front.
Unfortunately toilets were closed this evening so star lost.

This garage claims to be the cheapest petrol in the area, it most definitely isn't, you only have to travel a short distance to save atleast five pence a litre. Why do these garages feel it's ok to do this, and why is it so much dearer. This is our local garage and shop which we use to top up our shopping. I won't be doing this until they bring the price of their fuel down. Wilton garage will now have our custom. And why when we do use the garage do we get asked to donate food. This happens everytime. No other place have I had this happen
